The challenge
Quote requests arrived through phone, email and a website form into a shared inbox with no owner. In busy season, enquiries sat unanswered for days — and some were simply never seen. The owner suspected they were losing jobs but could not say how many.
What we did
We implemented a CRM shaped around their quoting workflow, connected every channel including an AI chatbot for instant first response and out-of-hours capture, and set automatic follow-ups for quotes with no reply.
The results
Every enquiry now gets a same-day response, quote follow-ups happen automatically, and conversion from enquiry to job rose by a third. The owner finally sees the pipeline in one screen.
