The challenge
The clinic's dated website did not appear in local searches, patients could only book by phone during office hours, and roughly one in eight appointments ended as a no-show. The front desk spent hours each week on reminder calls.
What we did
We built a fast, modern website with online booking, optimised the clinic's local search presence, and set up WhatsApp reminders with one-tap confirmation. Reminder calls disappeared; evening bookings appeared.
The results
Within four months, new patient enquiries more than doubled and no-shows fell by three quarters. A third of bookings now arrive outside office hours — appointments the clinic previously never received.
