The challenge
Orders arrived by email and were manually retyped into the ERP. Drivers' delivery confirmations came back on paper. Invoicing ran a week behind, and every Friday afternoon was spent reconciling three systems that never quite agreed.
What we did
We integrated the order inbox, ERP and accounting system, added AI-assisted document extraction for incoming orders, and gave drivers a simple mobile confirmation flow. Invoices now generate automatically the moment delivery is confirmed.
The results
The company recovered around fifteen office hours a week, invoices go out the same day instead of a week later, and cash flow improved measurably within the first quarter.
